- “Warm handoff” and referral to partnering treatment organizations
Wraparound Care
- Information about Neonatal Opioid Withdrawal and Neonatal Abstinence Syndrome
- Referral to peer support services
- Legal and community service coordination
- Inpatient and discharge planning
