The Positive Parenting Program (Triple P) of Western North Carolina works to support providers, parents, and caregivers in the WNC region, which includes Buncombe, Burke, Cherokee, Clay, Graham, Haywood, Henderson, Jackson, Macon, Madison, McDowell, Mitchell, Polk, Rutherford, Swain, Transylvania, Yancey, and the Qualla Boundary.
