As the region's only Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic, we are committed to providing WNC residents with high-quality comprehensive care regardless of financial circumstances. We are located on MAHEC's Biltmore Campus and provide comprehensive psychiatric and behavioral health services for children, adolescents, and adults.
At present, we are experiencing a high volume of new patients so we are not currently able to accept any referrals. We apologize for the inconvenience. We are working to add additional providers to the practice so we can resume accepting referrrals soon!
Please click here to fill out our online form if you are referring a child to one of our school-based therapists.
Providers are on call and you can leave a message for the provider by calling the office number and choosing the prompt for the on-call service. This should be used for urgent matters only. Non urgent calls such as appointment scheduling and medication refill requests should be made during office visits or by calling the office during business hours. For mental health and medical emergencies, you should call 911 or reach out to RHA Health Services at 888-573-1006.
We can provide many of these services by telehealth or in person and may be able to provide same-day care depending on your needs.

Virtual support continues to be welcomed at all MAHEC locations. If you would prefer to call your support person from the exam room so they can participate in your visit, we encourage you to do so.
A telemedicine visit is conducted using a computer or smartphone so you and your provider can see and hear each other. If you're not familiar with telemedicine, don't worry. This is new for all of us, and we're learning together! Many of our patients appreciate the convenience of telemedicine.
When it's time for your appointment, we will email and/or text you a link to click to start your appointment.
