Evaluation and Reporting: Evaluation measures and impact reporting may be required. MAHEC can assist in identifying measurable outcomes and help your team explore the applicable tools to collect data effectively.
Determining how you will monitor and evaluate your program will provide an important roadmap to determining the metrics of success for your program. Having this plan in place will be vital for sharing the success of your program with your community members. MAHEC can support you in developing an evaluation plan and identifying potential professional evaluators/researchers to subcontract with to develop your evaluation plan and conduct a full evaluation. Click here to request MAHEC support with Evaluation plans.
Once an evaluation plan has been determined, you may require specific data collection and analysis to determine the impact of your program. MAHEC can support setting up your data collection methods and identify potential evaluators to analyze your program specific data. Click here to request MAHEC support with program data collection and analysis.
After evaluation and analysis is concluded a report of how your metrics of success were accomplished can powerfully illustrate the impact of your project.
