“How do I pick the best strategy for my community?”

MAHEC can help you develop an evidence-based needs assessment to ensure the opioid response strategies you select will have the maximum impact in your community given current resources and needs. We can assist you with any or all of the following assessment tools:

Identifying & Leveraging Your Community Expertise

We can help you map your current landscape of opioid prevention and treatment resources. In the process, we'll help you engage local experts, service providers, and potential partners.

Data Collection

Our team can help you develop a strategy for collecting data from key stakeholders to help you determine which opioid response strategies are best suited to your community’s needs.

Data Analysis

We will work with you to identify and analyze available data using validated methods to inform your strategy selection, program planning, and performance measure development for maximum impact.
