Describe best practices for Care Managers working with the following populations: criminal justice, I/DD, orthopedic impairments, perinatal and child and adult substance use recovery |

Develop skills specifically for TCM in: motivational interviewing, critical incident response, trauma informed care, legal rights, cultural/linguistic competencies, member and staff ethics and safety |

Demonstrate examples of providing Care Management for individuals needing: tobacco cessation, full range of transitional services, benefit acquisition, self help/mutual aide, assessment and response, employment assistance |

Develop a working competency of telehealth services and resources to provide team based care for members, person centered thinking for healthcare professionals, and independence through adaptive technology |
