The North Carolina Department of Health and Human Services (NC DHHS) Division of Health Benefits (DHB) has partnered with NC AHEC to assist in the implementation of Tailored Care Management (TCM), which was launched December 01, 2022. This bundle, updated as of October 2025, contains four programs; this material has been approved by DHHS/DHB, and completing the bundle is required to provide TCM services with members. The AMH+ or CMA must ensure that all TCM care managers, care manager extenders, and care manager supervisors complete these modules before being deployed to serve TCM members. Those providing TCM services must complete TCM Core Curriculum Bundle Part 1 before proceeding to TCM Core Curriculum Bundle Part 2; a link and code to register for Part 2 can be found on the TCM Web Portal or by asking your organization's TCM administrator.
