This workshop focuses on bringing high ethical standards and cultural competence together in mental health and substance use clinical supervision.
We will review ethical standards pertaining to supervision; including remote and electronic guidelines, which have recently added a layer of complexity. Multicultural issues will be examined through the lens of a Supervisory Genogram. We will also explore supervisory boundaries in detail. This will be an opportunity to contemplate your own supervisory competence in an experiential manner.
