In just one hour we will demystify HCC coding so that clinicians can understand its purpose and can feel confident in their ability to correctly capture HCC codes. We will talk about how HCC started and how it works behind the scenes. Most importantly during our time together, we will help show you how you can maintain a streamlined, effective progress note that will result in accurate capture of these conditions. We will review some common documentation coding errors and give you the knowledge you need to avoid those pitfalls.
