8th Annual Dr. Suzanne Landis Geriatric Summit – Mobility Matters

Description

Join other healthcare and aging services professionals at this annual geriatric educational event. The focus this year will be on one of the "4Ms": Mobility (ensuring that older adults move safely every day to maintain function and do what matters) of an Age-Friendly Health System. This is planned to be a hybrid program -- participants can attend on-site at MAHEC in Asheville, NC, or via live webinar. If needed for COVID-19 safety, this program may have to pivot to a live webinar-only format.

This project is supported by funds from the Bureau of Health Professions (BHPr), Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA), Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS) under grant number # 2U1QHP28734 Carolina Geriatric Workforce Enhancement Program. This information or content and conclusions are those of the author and should not be construed as the official position or policy of, nor should any endorsements be inferred by the BHPr, HRSA, DHHS or the U.S. Government.
