This introductory 1.5-day course, a combination of lecture and labs, will cover evaluation and treatment of vestibular dysfunction from a therapy perspective -- and when to refer out to other specialists. Participants should wear comfortable clothes for labs.

Objectives
Upon conclusion of this educational activity, the participant will be able to:
- Identify the anatomy and pathophysiology of the vestibular system as it relates to orientation, dizziness, and balance dysfunction.
- Differentiate the complaints of dizziness using patient history and bedside tests to determine whether to treat, refer, or treat plus refer.
- Identify non-vestibular causes of dizziness and available treatment options.
- Demonstrate skill related to oculomotor and special vestibular bedside tests.
- Demonstrate treatment paradigms related to vestibular/non-vestibular dysfunction.
