Project ECHO® is a lifelong learning and guided practice model that revolutionizes nursing education to provide convenient best-practice specialty nursing care. ECHO is led by an expert or team that uses multi-point videoconferencing to conduct virtual learning sessions. Today's nursing executives and managers are expected to maintain competency in their role. Certification, as a Nurse Executive or Nurse Executive-Advanced, is one way to assure an understanding of management theory and its practical applications. This ECHO will offer practical applications, solid strategies, and an overview of the key issues that will be tested in these exams.
