May 5, 2020 Canceled Medicine Nursing

Description
Physicians, Physician Assistants (PAs), and Nurse Practitioners (NPs) require targeted education regarding the proper management of dermatologic conditions. During this course, information will be presented on prevention, risk assessment, early detection, genetic factors, as well as current and future treatment choices for dermatologic manifestations. Learners will develop practical skills that will enable them to be more comfortable approaching their patients who present with atypical skin lesions. This course will provide hands-on simulation based education that will assist clinicians in their decision making process and bridge the ever-widening knowledge gap of dermatology in clinic practices.
