This two-part series equips healthcare and behavioral health professionals with the knowledge and skills to integrate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia (CBT-I) — the gold-standard, first-line treatment for insomnia — into their practice.

Part 1 focuses on the foundations of insomnia and the science behind CBT-I, including how it differs from basic sleep hygiene.

Part 2 offers a practical, hands-on approach using real case examples, assessment tools, and planning strategies to implement CBT-I effectively in primary care and behavioral health settings.
