Welcome to MAHEC Family Health Center at Cane Creek!

MAHEC Family Health Center at Cane Creek is conveniently located close to the Fletcher and Fairview communities. Our team offers full service primary care for all ages including pediatric, adult, obstetric, and geriatric patients. The Cane Creek team is currently accepting new patients and would love to care for you and your family!

If you are an established patient and have a true emergency after hours, please go to your nearest Emergency Department. Please note that we do not prescribe controlled substances on the first visit or after hours.

• Diagnosis and management of acute medical problems
• Preventive care including Pap smears, pediatric and adult immunizations, and wellness visits
• Family-centered obstetrics
• Integrated clinical pharmacy support including coumadin/warfarin management
• On site laboratory services
• Advanced care planning for end of life decision making
• Travel medicine consultations
• Spanish speaking team members and care providers
• Birth control options including nexplanon, IUDs, depo-provera, and vasectomies
• A variety of minor procedures including skin biopsies and joint/soft tissue injections
• 24 hour on call doctor availability
• Point of care ultrasound
• Musculoskeletal Medicine
• Evaluation and management of mental/behavioral health challenges
