Employment: Program Director, Transitional Year Residency Program; Faculty Physician, MAHEC Family Medicine Residency Program, Asheville, NC
Biography: I’m grateful that MAHEC supported the launch of the Lifestyle Medicine Residency Curriculum in 2020. Teaching Lifestyle Medicine not only empowers patients but also equips resident physicians with tools to support their own health. In a challenging profession, these principles help physicians stay well so they can better care for the communities they serve.
