The North Carolina Department of Health and Human Services (NC DHHS) Division of Health Benefits (DHB) has partnered with NC AHEC to assist in the implementation of Tailored Care Management (TCM), which was launched December 01, 2022.
This bundle, updated as of October 2025, contains 14 programs; this material has been approved by DHHS/DHB, and completing the bundle is required to continue providing TCM services with members. DHB is requiring that all care managers, supervising care managers, and care manager extenders complete the TCM Core Curriculum Bundle Part 2 within six (6) months of hire.
