As healthcare workers, we often feel frustrated when we are not able to help a parent meet their infant feeding goals. This training will identify the effect of infant body alignment and oral motor function on infant feeding. Tips will be provided on ways that healthcare workers can support a family who is struggling with infant feeding including resources for referral.

Healthcare Professionals, Health Department Staff, Nurses, Nutritionists, Occupational Therapists, Speech Language Pathologist

- Identify the effect of oral infant restrictions and body alignment on the infant feeding journey
- Assist a family struggling with infant feeding
