Administrators and supervisors from advanced medical home+ (AMH+) and care management agencies (CMA) candidates who have applied and passed the desk review for Tailored Care Management, including physicians, nurses and various behavioral health substance use professionals
As part of the TCM Continuing Professional Development series, participants will:

Identify biological, social, and psychological factors that are unique to women and their experience of addiction and recovery; including perinatal specific details |

Review the existing system of care for perinatal populations in NC |
|
|
Discuss the application of responsive treatment approaches for the perinatal population |
|
|
Explore initial steps for incorporation of responsive SUD considerations into TCM |

This fee is for use with a TCM discount code. It is only for certified AMH+/CMA TCM providers who have passed readiness review with NCQA. Sharing the discount code or TCM Web Portal with an unapproved agency can result in either agency being billed the stated amount for this course.
