We are very excited that you have entrusted us with your care. We provide family medicine and behavioral health/therapy services in one convenient location in the Woodfin community.

Family Medicine

Our family medicine team offers full-spectrum care for adults, pediatrics, prenatal care, and preventive healthcare. We welcome the opportunity to care for you and your family!

Our family medicine services include, but are not limited to:

Family-centered care through all ages and life stages
Diagnosis and management of acute and chronic medical problems
Preventive care including Pap smears, pediatric and adult immunizations, and wellness visits
Family-centered obstetrics including prenatal care, delivery services, and newborn care
Integrated clinical pharmacy support including coumadin/warfarin management
On-site laboratory services
Advanced care planning for end-of-life decision making
Spanish-speaking team members and care providers
Birth control options including nexplanon, IUDs, and depo-provera
A variety of minor procedures including skin biopsies and joint/soft tissue injections
24-hour on-call doctor availability
Evaluation and management of mental/behavioral health challenges

Behavioral Health/Therapy

The licensed therapists on our behavioral health team offer comprehensive counseling services for the entire family. We welcome children, adolescents, and adults into our practice where they will receive treatment plans that are tailored to meet their individual needs. After an initial in-person appointment, some patients will qualify to choose between in-person or telehealth appointments as we strive to meet patients where they are.
