Upon completion of this session, participants will be able to:

Identify and formulate transdiagnostic psychological processes contributing to distress, functional impairment, and reduced quality of life, and develop process-based case conceptualizations to guide treatment planning across a range of behavioral health presentations and life challenges |

Implement ethical and legally sound clinical decision-making related to confidentiality, informed consent, professional boundaries, documentation, interdisciplinary communication, and continuity of care within integrated healthcare settings |

|
Apply evidence-based behavioral health interventions, including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), and Behavioral Activation, to promote psychological flexibility, adaptive coping, recovery, and values-based behavior change |

|
Demonstrate professional accountability through effective documentation, supervision, consultation, and interdisciplinary collaboration to support medical necessity, quality care, risk management, regulatory compliance, and recovery-oriented practice |
