Join with others at this interprofessional conference to prepare for the 2026 Falls Prevention Awareness Week NC (September 21-25, 2026) and Active Aging Week (October 5-11, 2026), as we focus on advancing falls prevention in the community and clinic. Attend either on-site at MAHEC in Asheville or via live webinar. This educational activity is in planning collaboration with the WNC Falls Prevention Coalition.

Registrations received without accompanying payment will not be processed and participants who have not paid the course fee will not be admitted into the program.
