The purpose of this course is to assist OB-GYN REI subspecialists as they prepare for the oral REI board exam, which must be passed in order to obtain their board certification. To best assist in accomplishing this goal, the latest information in the field will be reviewed and multiple learning tools will be utilized to best prepare these subspecialists for their exam.

Objectives

Upon completion of this course, participants will be able to:

check Review the latest information within specific topics relating to Obstetrics & Gynecology, subspecialty REI, in order to receive board certification and/or continued maintenance of certification
check Recognize and employ the current practice guidelines developed by ACOG, other national medical organizations, and government institutions regarding obstetrics, gynecology and the specialty area of Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility, in order to effectively treat, manage, and promote women's health
check Use the evidence-based information and multiple learning tools presented during the course to evaluate and formulate changes to their current practice patterns (treatment, management, and/or promotion of women's health)
check Evaluate clinical problems in OB-GYN REI presented in interactive, case-based scenarios and demonstrate an understanding of appropriate clinical management

Cancellation Policy

MAHEC has a pay-up-front policy for all CE programs. The only exceptions will be for pre-approved programs where an individual payment plan is appropriate. Registrations received without accompanying payment will not be processed and participants who have not paid the course fee will not be admitted into the program.

Unless otherwise noted in course materials, the following cancellation policy applies to all programs:

  • Cancellations must be in writing (fax, email, or mail).
  • Cancellations received more than two weeks prior to the event will receive 100% refund.
  • Cancellations received between two weeks and five full business days prior to the first day of the event are refunded at 70% of the registration fee subject to a minimum $25 cancellation fee.
  • No refunds or credits will be given for cancellations received less than five full business days prior to the event.
  • No vouchers will be issued in lieu of a refund.
  • Transfers/substitute(s) are welcome (please notify us in advance of the program).
