Since 2017 I have been on a personal quest to answer these questions for you. I am convinced that we are meant to be healthy and happy, it is our natural state.  Our consumer culture has confused us and separated many of us from this natural state by encouraging inactivity,  a highly processed meat and cheese based diet, no education to the healing power of sleep and limited healthy choices on how to manage stress in our lives. I invite you to take a look at each of the following areas in your life.  Choose one at a time, make a plan, invite a friend or family to join and or support you and build your best self, one step at a  time!
