Makin’ It Happen: Successful Primary Care in 2018 is designed for and by clinicians. The curriculum focuses on what makes a primary care practice successful in today’s changing world of healthcare and is designed to update primary care clinicians in rapidly changing therapeutic areas. The emphasis is on practical patient care and useful information for clinical practice. Focus is on prevention, including the use of multi-disciplinary approaches. Presenters will include nursing and pharmacy input. There will be emphasis on procedures, performed in the PCP office, that will decrease the need for high priced referrals. There will also be updates of important organ based diseases, such as renal and neurology.

Primary care providers, physician assistant, nurse practitioner, and other advanced practice providers
