In the afternoon, join us for an experiential introduction to the Caring Conversation Café Model of family engagement. Learn new ways to work with families on a whole different level of successful communication!

- Update pediatric-neonatal practice skills by participation in discussion of the current application of evidence based clinical "pearls"
- Experience the healing effects of humor as an educational coping tool with patients, families, and co-workers
- Participate in the family engagement activity model of Caring Conversation Café
- Apply the biology of stress and the science of hope to all pediatric-neonatal practices as presented in the documentary film: Resilience: The Biology of Stress & The Science of Hope
